Cancellation, Late and No-Show Policy
1. All appointments require a $25 deposit to schedule, which goes towards your service fee. The remaining balance will be due at time of service.
2. We understand life happens, so if you need to reschedule your appointment, we ask that you do it 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.
3. Reschedules made within 24-hour notice, deposit will be transferred to new appointment time.
4. Cancellations require 48 hours’ notice for deposit return.
5. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.
